[Return & Refund Policy]
1. Regarding Returns & Refunds: Our store's products are made to order (printed on demand), and production begins only after we receive your order. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer reasons (such as incorrect size, different product from what you expected, or incorrect order). Please carefully check the size guide and product details before purchasing.
2. In the event of a product defect (damaged or defective product): We will promptly exchange or refund your order only if the product you received is damaged, has poor printing, or is different from what you ordered.
Response Period: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Required Items: Please attach a photo showing the defect to your email (we ask that you first review the photo before returning the product).
3. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products: Returns and exchanges may not be accepted for defective products in the following cases.
If 30 days have passed since the product arrived.
If the product has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
If the product has been used or washed.
4. Order Cancellations: Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our manufacturing system, so cancellations or changes may not be accepted. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately (within a few hours).
